QBY series air operated double diaphragm pumps are driven with compressed air without the need of electric power. Widely used for leak proof applications in industries like petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy and ceramics etc.. Applicable to liquids of leaky, corrosive, inflammable and explosive & hazardous properties.

● Compact design and light construction with leak proof and low noise operation.
● High efficiency and allowable for idle operation.
● Liquid temperature up to 150℃ and viscosity up to 10000 centipoises.
● Submersible and self-priming with 7 meters’suction head.
● Capable of handling liquids with solid particles and slurries (up to 10 mm in dia.).
● Wide range of diaphragm materials including: neoprene, fluoride rubber, Buna-N rubber and Teflon.
● Body materials available with cast iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and PP/PF.
