● Double casing construction, with all slurry contacted parts made of special wearable materials of high rigidity, and the rest of common cast iron, a reasonable and economic combination.
● Impeller connected to the pump shaft by way of screw cast blind hole plus expeller, precise positioning achieved while capable of enduring large torques. At the same time the cast blind hole shall effectively prevent percussive wearing at the suction inlet.
● SKF bearings shall be utilized to ensure long-life and stable operation.
● Bearing system lubricated with oil increased duty capacity, with a screw nut designed for easy and convenient axial adjustment.
● Impeller Removing Cover designed for large horsepower pumps.
● Discharge direction adjustable in 8 scales, each in 45° intervals.
● Soft packing, expeller plu packing and mechanical sealing available.
● Multiple driven and coupling choices available, close coupled or belt driven with gear box, hydraulic coupling or variable-frequency speed regulations.
● Pumps may be jointly applied in series operation, working pressure up to Max.3.6Mpa.
