DG Boiler Feed Pump
DG Series pumps, multi-stage single casing sectional horizontal, are designed for pumping clean water or similar liquids without solids. Ideal for low & medium pressure applications of boiler water feeding in thermal power plants, as well as high-head water transfer in factories and municipal projects.

Features
● Sectional single casing construction designed with both suction and discharge nozzles vertically upward, the suction casing, stage casing and discharge casing shall be tied together with tie-bolts and sealed with metal-to-metal surface sealing.
● Soft packing as standard shaft sealing, external water cooling system designed for cooling of gland cover and stuffing box. Mechanical seal also available upon request.
● The rotor shall be supported at both ends by roller bearings that will be lubricated with oil and cooled by circulation water. The axial thrust of the rotor shall be balanced by balancing discs. Return water piping shall be designed between the balancing chamber and suction casing.
● Pump shall be flexibly coupled with driving motor, clockwise rotation looking from motor side.
Materials of Construction
− Ductile Cast Iron for suction casing, stage section, discharge casing.
− Cr Alloy Steel for impellers, guide vanes, balancing discs and balancing sleeves.
− High Quality Steel for pump shaft, guide vane bushes, wear ring.
