ZJP Roots Hi-Vacuum Pumps
The series ZJP Roots pumps can be used as boosters combined with a backing pump such as a rotary piston or a rotary vane vacuum pump. But they can not be used to exhaust gas directly to atmosphere.
The series ZJP roots pumps are high in ultimate pressure ( with a double stage rotary piston pump its backing pump, a roots pump can attain an ultimate pressure of 10-5 hPa), Lubrication is unnecessary as them is no contact between rotors, rotor and housing. The robust drive of pump and operating parts balanced carefully permit that the pump be stably operated continuously under the condition of high pressure differential. The series ZJP roots pumps also have a feature of lower noise. The series ZJP Roots pumps there inherent overflow valve play auto-protective role.
