V-FLO Group Taking a Four-day Tour in Guilin
On August 31, 2010 ----Sep 3rd and Sep. 7th----Sep 10th, all staffs from V-FLO, Beijing Div. have experienced a four-day tour by air in Guilin-------the best landscape in the world by two groups.
Gulin is located in the southwest of Nanling Range with an average altitude of 150m. It is a typical karst landform. The limestone which can be seen everywhere in the city goes through millions of years' weathering and erosion, presents a unique landscape, which features a thousand peaks, a river-surrounding city, strange caves and beautiful stones. Thus it enjoys a world reputation as the most attractive scenery on the world. East or west, Guilin landscape is best.
We took bamboo raft and tanker on the water passing through the forest, intimated with the mountains and waters. What we felt was not only water and mountains, but also the fun of climbing waterfalls and the excitement of cross the jungle. We lingered on without any thought of leaving. We felt like being in the landscape, enjoyed the nature and relaxed. There was no city's noise, reinforced concrete jungles and stiff asphalt-roads. It woke up our childhood ingenuous memory and innocence, we shouted or kept silent.
Tour is a special brand-new get-together which makes us free and calm. We did not need to consider the positions and the pressure in work and life. We sincerely revealed our real disposition ---like the childhood disposition without sad and pressure.
When we were exposed to the picturesque scenery with singing birds and fragrant flowers, some trainings and teamwork games were integrated into which not only made us feel delighted but also promoted the deep emotional communication between each other and increased mutual communication under off working state. Under such circumstances, it formed active and harmonious organization atmosphere which enhanced the teamwork cohesiveness during full entertainment.
