V-FLO Staffs have experienced 1-day Outward Bound Training in Beijing Hongluo Basis on May 28,2010

On May 28, 2010, all staffs from V-FLO, Beijing Div. have experienced a one-day Outward Bound Training, which includes: crossing broken bridge in high altitude; falling back with trust; stimulant Counter Strike. All involved trainees have positively contributed their efforts and passed the whole training program successfully.
This training was not only aimed at developing teamwork spirit and co-operation among colleagues, but also at enhancing the cohesive force of company. The training has demonstrated to all staffs the importance of trust and self-responsibility in a team. At the same time, the training which shall be a milestone for team building of V-FLO has encouraged trainees to meet challenge and exploit self-potential.
There were thirty-four people involved the training. All trainees have been divided into two teams, namely V-LONG Team and A1 Commando. By the effort of all members including team leader and vice-leader, both team figured out their team name, slogan and anthem of team just within fifteen minutes.
Although the training just took one day, it has left us significant elicitation and valuable experience, which would be a perpetual spiritual wealth. It is not necessary to sermonize for teamwork spirit with any oral language. Because, our staffs who were physically involved the training have veritably perceived that why we should go as a team.
