Dismantling Joint

Dismantling joint is manufactured to AWWA C219 to provide longitudinal adjustment in flanged pipe systems. Dismantling joints provide a simple method for the installation and removal of flanged valves, pumps, flow meters, flanged pipes and pipe fittings.

Material

Follower gland ring: Ductile Iron GGG500-7

Flanged Adaptor bodies: Ductile iron GGG500-7

F-piece pipe: Ductile iron GGG500-7

Bolts, Nuts and Washers Material: Carbon Steel Grade 4.8 with Zinc Coating, Epoxy Coating or Decrement Coating; or as required.

Tie Rods: Carbon Steel Grade 4.8 with Zinc Coating, Epoxy Coating or Decrement Coating; or as required.

Gaskets material: For water or Gas: NBR Grade A.

For drinking water: EPDM rubber to BS2494:1990 type W.

For drinking water and sewage: SBR Grade F.

Body Coating

Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating inside and outside or bitumen
