Oil refinery produces gasoline, kerosine, and diesel oil by using petroleum. This industry is so important in that it is the energy source of the whole society and takes responsibility of lowering energy consumption and increasing utilization efficiency. It influences directly on energy security, econmic development and establishment of saving society. Oil refining capacity of China has increased dramatically and became the second largest oil producer only to the USA in 2006. Currently, oil refinery in China usually applies producing technical procedures of reduced pressure distillation, catalytic cracking, catalytic reforming, hydrocracking, delaying coking etc. for the refining of crude oil and gas distillate.
