Calcium carbide route and ethylene route are the only two kinds of available technologies for PVC production. The calcium carbide route plays the dominant role China due to the rich reserves of coal and lacking of oil and gas. Calcium carbide route has its advance comparing with ethylene route in economics which is especially true when we developed the technology for recycling of flue gas and reutilization of calcium carbide waste as raw material for cement production.

 V-FLO is capable of working for EPC contracts of PVC projects, either calcium carbide or ethylene route, plant capacity from 2,000 tons to 200,000 t/a. Single polymerization autoclave specification series include 30m³, 70 m³ and 105 m³.
